Do your best work from the Black & White Building, our most sustainably constructed workspace yet.
Don’t just come to work, feel good about doing it. The Black & White Building is our most sustainable construction yet, crafted from responsibly sourced wooden materials and made with 37% less embodied carbon than an equivalent concrete structure.
Timber shading fins lining the exterior tilt upwards for optimum heat and natural light. Eighty solar panels on the roof generate renewable power, saving energy and reducing your business’s operational carbon footprint.
We know that your working day goes beyond the desk. Host company conferences in our beautifully designed event space, network in our communal roof terrace and courtyards or take time to yourself with a relaxing yoga or barre class in the on-site studio.
